Dear fellow citizen:
I am 57 years old and have no wild dreams about
starting a political career. In fact, I am not a politician; I am a
grandfather – a grandfather concerned about the future of my ten
grandchildren. I am concerned that many citizens no longer believe
they have a voice in today's government, instead they believe that
they are ignored. I am even more concerned because they are right!
My Father always taught me that if you are
going to complain you should be willing to do something about it.
Well – I have complained as have many of you. I have been ignored as
have many of you. But I am willing to do something about it and with
your support I can be your voice in the State Senate District 51.
Those who know me in Fannin County will tell
you that I will be a firm voice that will not be swayed or
influenced by the special interests that are increasing their unholy
influence on our government. My voice will strive to Restore Our
Founding Principles as they are rapidly being lost. My voice will
speak for Truth and Justice as I know who my Real Judge is.
Running as an Independent candidate, I need
your help to get on the ballot. Georgia has the hardest ballot
access laws in the entire country and I have to qualify by petition
signatures. I need more than 4267 signatures by July 10. If I am not
on the ballot for the 51st Senate race, there will be one
and only one candidate on the November ballot. Single candidate
elections belong in banana republics – not Georgia!
You can make the difference! If each person
receiving this letter will help get 10 petition signatures or send a
contribution of $10.00 or more – you have the power to send a
message that you believe in more – not less – competition in
elections. In addition, you can send a message that you also believe
in our Founding Principles and want a voice in the Legislature not
swayed by special interests.
Just give us a call or send an email and we
will mail you a petition form. It will only take a couple hours to
get 10 signatures from family and friends. If you are not able to
physically get signatures you can help by your contribution – to
hire volunteers in the district. Every dollar will get a signature.
Imagine being able to stand up for our Founding
Principles, send a message to our Legislature that you want more
political competition – not less, and to take a step toward ending
the unholy influence of special interests for a just couple hours or
the cost of a couple hamburgers.
