Put Some Mountain in the Capitol

Elect Mike Crane - Senate District 51

From www.GOP.com: Un futuro de esperanza y oportunidades comienza con una economía
By Mike Crane

President Bush (below) explains how excessive illegal immigration is good for future American citizens. These policies, in effect only since 1965, have been brought to you by both the Republican and Democratic parties - alike.

Both the Republican and Democratic parties are leading American citizens down a fool's road. This is not an immigrant problem, it is a rate of immigration problem. The current levels of immigration are excessive and are not sustainable.

If the rates are not sustainable - why are these levels permitted and even encouraged by the Bush Administration, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party?

If the rates are not sustainable - what are the Bush Administration, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party doing to address the problem?

You know the answer to those two questions!

If the rates of immigration are not sustainable - what are you doing to your grandchild by allowing these elected officials to ignore the problem? Year after year - the problem grows worse.

Every election the same cycle is repeated.

  • The Republicans claim that the Democrats are slightly worse than the Devil and to save American you must vote Republican!
  • The Democrats claim that the Republicans are slightly worse than the Devil and to save America you must vote Democratic!

But election after election the song remains the same - the problem is ignored, the problem grows worse and the long term effect on your grandchildren increases.

The Magnitude of Immigration’s Impact on the Nation

The country’s population is growing by nearly 3 million people a year. That is the equivalent of adding another city the size of Chicago to the country each year. Immigration is adding well over about 1.5 million newcomers a year. After accounting for emigration — people moving out of the country — the amount of population increase from immigration nets out at still well above one million more permanent residents. That is the equivalent of adding a city the size of Dallas to the country each year. When the children born in this country to immigrant parents are added to the equation, the total direct and indirect impact accounts for nearly 80 percent of our escalating population. (Source: http://www.fairus.org/site/DocServer/final.pdf?docID=1181)

Unless you - the citizens - demand changes, by 2055 the population of our country will be in excess of 450,000,000 (450 Million). That is a 50% increase over today's 300,000,000 million population. That means a 50% increase in everything.

For every two current schools - you, your children and grandchildren will have to pay for the building of an extra one plus the ongoing maintenance of old and new schools.

For every two miles of current roadway - you, your children and grandchildren will have to pay for the building of an extra mile plus the ongoing maintenance of old and new roadways.

For every two current hospitals - you, your children and grandchildren will have to pay for the building of an extra hospital plus the ongoing maintenance of old and new hospitals.

For every two tons of sewage - you, your children and grandchildren will have to pay for the facilities for the treatment of an extra ton plus the ongoing maintenance of old and new treatment facilities and then drink the lower quality water downstream after failures.

For every two gallons of drinkable water - you, your children and grandchildren will have to pay for the building of an extra gallon.  Ooops - can't build water.

That is the good news. Espanol

The bad news is that these numbers are conservative and do not include the explosive growth if some form of amnesty is implemented. There are approximately 3,500,000,000 (3 1/2 Billion) people in the world who are worse off than the average Mexican illegal immigrant and will want to become "undocumented" here.  Another amnesty will only open the floodgates.

By destroying the very nature of our country we are not helping the world's poor, our future generations will just become part of the world poor. Please read that last sentence again. If these unsustainable policies are maintained and continued think about the society those infants you are holding today will face. They will not be living in the same country that you were raised in! Period! Statement of FACT. It will be entirely different.

You decide if you think it will be better or worse!

If our goal is to help the world's poor we should be reprinting old civics courses textbooks and distributing to the populations of these countries. The solution is for them to take responsibility for their own country and return their country to prosperity.

We are prosperous today because of the actions of our previous generations - especially our Founding Fathers. The poor countries will become prosperous when they develop their own Founding Fathers and install a better form of government. We can't do it for them.

By the same token, it is the responsibility of the citizens of our country to be sure that we are preserving prosperity for our future generations. If we are allowing unsustainable policies to continue year after year - we are not meeting our responsibility.

This is a serious issue. This is a serious problem. We urge each and every citizen to give this issue your utmost thought and consideration.

If you come to the conclusion that it is time to demand a change - that it time to end the unsustainable polices, consider helping us to expand our capability to get a message to the voting public.

As a Southern Party candidate I am frequently asked why I do not run as a Republican. It is pointed out that I would not have to face the hardest ballot access laws in the country (currently maintained by the Republican party by the way) and so forth.

Part of the answer is presented below from the www.GOP.com website.

I would rather face the hardest ballot access laws in the country than to face my Judge and explain to Him why I lied to the people. I am not a Republican, I do not favor special interests over the citizens. Excessive immigration rates are being permitted for one simple reason - to provide "cheap labor" for corporations and is continued due to excessive campaign contributions. That used to be called "corruption."

Credo Republicano
