On November 5, 2002 the People of Fannin County will have a real choice on their ballot. For the office of Chairman, Board of Commissioners, there will be three candidates:

Cline Bowers, Jr. - Republican Party
Mike Crane - Southern Party 
Richard Vollrath - Independent (incumbent)
